Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Expert Home Nursing Services ("us," "we," or "our"). Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, patients, and their families.

1. Scope of Services

Expert Home Nursing Services provides non-emergency, in-home healthcare services including, but not limited to, Nursing Care, Medical Attendant, Senior Citizen Care, Patient Care, Baby Care, Physiotherapy, and Injection & Dressing Visits, as mutually agreed upon in a personalized care plan. Our services are designed to supplement the care provided by your primary physician and are not a substitute for hospitalization or emergency medical services.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client or the responsible party for a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history and information to our staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and appropriate working environment for our healthcare professionals.
• Treat our staff with respect and dignity, free from harassment or abuse.
• Communicate any changes in the patient's condition or care plan requirements in a timely manner.
• Adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule for services rendered.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

Services must be booked in advance and are subject to staff availability. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various modes of payment, which will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as per our policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to providing the highest standard of care, Expert Home Nursing Services and its staff shall not be liable for any unforeseen or adverse outcomes that are a natural progression of a medical condition or for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the extent of the services provided and as permissible under Indian law.

5. Confidentiality

We adhere to a strict policy of patient confidentiality. All your personal and health information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

• Failure to make payments as per the agreed schedule.
• If the client or their family members engage in abusive, unethical, or unsafe behavior towards our staff.
• If the patient's medical needs evolve beyond the scope of services we are equipped to provide at home.

Clients may terminate services by providing a notice period as outlined in their service agreement.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
